The School

The Create and Discover Integrated School and
 Centre for Children with Special Needs
 is located at Lot3 Blk50 Burney St. Fairmont Park Subdivision, Regalado Avenue, North Fairview QC

It rests on a 600 square meter lot area, inside a private subdivision which has close access to a main road (Regalado Avenue). Fairmont Subdivision is conveniently located near SM Fairview and Robinsons Novaliches. The entrance to the subdivision is marked by two prestigious schools located along Regalado Avenue. Regalado Avenue is a main thoroughfare for jeepneys, FX’s and buses plying the route to Lagro or SM Fairview.

 The school has a garden which grows fruit-bearing trees, and a spacious playground. The playground consists of equipment  which  further develop the children’s gross motor skills. A waiting area is also provided for the children’s companions.

 The CDIS-CCSN has a total of 3 classrooms, 2 tutorial areas and 1 therapy area, 2 lavatories and 1 utility area.  The maximum number of children allowed per class is 12 (for the regular schools), with a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher. A paraprofessional is sometimes assigned to a child when necessary.

For the Special Education Classes, the maximum number of children per class is 8 with a SpEd Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher and a Paraprofessional when necessary.

Our Teachers and Therapists come from reputable universities. They receive constant training and they keep themselves updated with the latest trends both in preschool education and in the education of special needs children.

Our School Director and Intervention Consultant,
 GENE ROSE DARVIN YANGA, M.A., has a teaching experience of more than 20 years. She has devoted her professional life in support of preschool children and also the children with developmental delays. She has attended studies and trainings from credible personalities and educators from different countries and is continuously working and supporting researches to improve the lives of these children.
